Green Party NYC: ‘Get Rev. Billy on the Ballot!’

Posted at On The Wilder Side:

Dear VoteRevBilly Volunteers,

This is it! We need 20,000 signatures to put Reverend Billy Talen on the ballot and they have to be gathered properly.

Our petitioning window is from July 7th to August 18th, but since August 18th is the last day to turn in signatures we need your petitioning sheets in advance!

The Green Party also has candidates for City Council petitioning in the areas of Park Slope, Astoria, Flushing, and the Bronx 18th District! If you live in or around these neighborhoods and would like to carry a petition that counts for Billy Talen and one of these candidates, please email austin@voterevbilly.org. It’s two-for-one!

Questions? Something to add? Still need to attend one of our petition trainings?
Call Austin Osmer (Campaign Manager) at 917-952-1842
Or Sean Haugh (Petition Captain) at 919-402-3489

Below is a calendar of free, high-traffic events that will be great for petitioning…let’s go out and put democracy on the ballot this summer!

Note: for anyone curious about Haugh’s involvement, see this recent article at Liberty For All.

If rumors are true about Sean Haugh working on this, someone on the ground there needs to turn that criminal in. This video (recently re-done for high impact) shows in detail how Sean Haugh committed massive election fraud and crimes (yes, real libertarian crimes such as theft). The case is airtight and hopefully, with y’all’s help, we can get this guy behind bars where he belongs, and he can’t sabotage any more petition drives and bilk donors out of thousands of dollars. Thanks everyone. We CAN accomplish justice.

I see the loser crew is back.

Gary – the woman beating slob who forged voter registrations in New Mexico

Paul – the convicted felon, rapist, child molester and crackhead who forged signatures in Oregon

Andy – the original inspiration for the character in the 40 year old virgin. He hasn’t been caught forging yet, but since he hangs around with Gary and Paul there is a pretty high probability that he is a forger just like his loser friends. He always acts crazy and has to be removed by police because he petitions at grocery stores without permission and yells at people.

Andy is currently stalking a young woman in Tennessee. He recently had to be fired from the voter registration drive in Arizona for deranged behavior and low quality work.

All three have been fired in North Carolina and then again nationally by Sean Haugh, who is by far the best political director the Libertarian Party has ever had.

Paul is now on the executive committee of the Alabama LP even though he is actually a homeless bum who hitchhikes all over the country and posts lies and slanders here against Sean Haugh, Christina Tobin, Angela Keaton, Richard Winger, Michelle Shinghal, Scott Kohlhaas and ElfNinosMom – all due to petty jealousy against his betters. Incidentally he is also a plagiarist.

Roger Pope and Joe Knight have the straight scoop on these guys. They should be blackballed from petition drives, kicked off this website like they were at Last Free Voice, and ostracized at party meetings.

All petition contracts should go to Free and Equal and competent petitioners like Eric Dondero, David Jackson, Ronn Cook, Edee and Russ Baggett and Darryl Bonner.

The GAP boys are now turning on each other here over money. Don’t trust them, and don’t hire Mark Pickens who is just a front for them.

I do not even understand who is on what side.

And, I do not know which things said are lies, exaggeration or truth.

(And, I don’t think I have the time to care.)

    But, I will say…

The present dialogue is so wild, inflammatory, and obnoxious, it is fairly useless in accomplishing anything.

Does anyone know how to write simple sentences, with somewhat provable facts or supporting evidence?

The video was ridiculous. It said someone is a “criminal” who the authorities have not caught up with. That is an awful lot of judgment and speculation, by someone who no one knows from a hole-in-the-wall, and who is on an opposite political team.

Really. If anyone cares to give an actual warning about bad petitioners, or praise of good petitioners, why doesn’t someone grow up, slow down, and write with clarity.

    Thanks,
    Kimberly Wilder

I do not even understand who is on what side.

Maybe Gary can do a flow chart or board game next? LOL

The present dialogue is so wild, inflammatory, and obnoxious, it is fairly useless in accomplishing anything.

    I agree.

Does anyone know how to write simple sentences, with somewhat provable facts or supporting evidence?

I believe I can, and have. But what would be the point?

The video was ridiculous. It said someone is a “criminal” who the authorities have not caught up with.

The video was over the top and unnecessary, but there are plenty of criminals that have not been caught.

However, I seriously doubt that the state of Mass. is actually seeking to extradite and prosecute Haugh, whose whereabouts are in no way a secret.

by someone who no one knows from a hole-in-the-wall, and who is on an opposite political team.

I’m not sure who you mean by no one. Many people here know Fincher. As for “opposite team”, Haugh, Fincher, Andy and I have all worked on both Libertarian and Green ballot access. I think the connection here is that Haugh, the former political director of the Libertarian Party, is currently heading up ballot access efforts for Rev. Billy.

Gary is posting his comments on numerous threads with very tenuous connection to his subject matter so as to attention whore his way to the top of all conversations here. “Jessica” has posted this same exact comment, which is chock full of lies and distortions, on more than one previous thread, which I don’t feel like digging up. It has been answered in detail by several people already.

I can go through it again if you care, but I don’t think you do, do you? Most people here are sick of the whole issue.

“The video was over the top and unnecessary, but there are plenty of criminals that have not been caught.

However, I seriously doubt that the state of Mass. is actually seeking to extradite and prosecute Haugh, whose whereabouts are in no way a secret.”

Haugh’s actions in regard to the “Massachusetts burning” incident were indeed criminal. If Haugh had actually been in Massachusetts instead of North Carolina he probably would have been prosecuted. However, given that he was in North Carolina instead of Massachusetts, and given that the criminal justice system in every state in this country is already overflooded with cases, I don’t think that the authorities in Massachusetts put a high priority on this, so Haugh lucked out, but this in no way excuses him.

“I’m not sure who you mean by no one. Many people here know Fincher. As for “opposite team”, Haugh, Fincher, Andy and I have all worked on both Libertarian and Green ballot access. I think the connection here is that Haugh, the former political director of the Libertarian Party, is currently heading up ballot access efforts for Rev. Billy.”

Haugh is a lazy incompetent goofball, a liar, and a petty, tempermental, vindictive asshole. He is about the least qualified person I can think of to be put in charge of anything. He gets ahead by ass kissing which is his only talent. Haugh is also a backstabber as Bill Redpath has found out.

To say that Haugh “runs” anything is a joke. Haugh is being used by Christina Tobin because he had the title of Political Director for the Libertarian Party next to his name. Since a lot of people are impressed by fancy titles next to one’s name (nevermind whether or not the person with the fancy title actually accomplished anything positive) she can use him to help funnel money into her own pocket.

Haugh was fired from the position of Political Director last December and a few LNC members have divulged to me that they acknowledge that Haugh was a disaster as Political Director and that they regret that he was ever hired for the position.

Haugh’s “services” on a ballot access drive (or any other facet of a campaign) are completely worthless. He is nothing more than a hanger on, a political hack whose sole function is to siphon money off of campaigns while returning little to nothing of value – if anything Haugh’s involvement on a campaign is actually negative. Haugh squandered over $100,000 of Libertarian Party donor’s money in 2008 (an LNC member even acknowledged this to me) and due to his mismanagement of ballot access he caused – and helped cause – the party to fail to get on the ballot in several states, and he also caused some regional candidates to fail to get on the ballot (such as in Pennsylvania Haugh’s actions caused a candidate to fail to get on the ballot for State Senate).

Haugh’s record indicates that he is a menace and a troublemaker and he ought to be avoided like the plaugue. If any campaign out there needs petitioners I can provide you with a long list of petitioners and I can also tell you how to get in touch with even more. You don’t need Haugh and his worthless, overpriced, “services” which are in reality nothing more than a joke.

  6. Andy Andy August 1, 2009

This “Jessica Irons” sure likes to repeat lies. Funny how this person hides behind a fake name, funny but not suprising.

  7. paulie paulie August 1, 2009

He works for Free and Equal, so this indicates they have the petition contract.

  8. paulie paulie August 1, 2009

Might as well have this ready for cut and paste. Sorry folks………

    Paul – the convicted felon,

    Yes

    rapist,

No, although in my teens and 20s there were a few women who were too drunk/high to give adequately informed consent, and some rough sex that got a little too rough.

    child molester

No. I’ve not been with anyone under 18 sexually since I have been over 18 myself as far as I know. I don’t think there is anything unusual about adult men fantasizing about teen girls or adult women pretending to be teen girls. I haven’t molested anyone, nor would I.

    and crackhead

Crack was never really my thing, although I’ve smoked some. I did have a problem with powder cocaine in the 1980s and a relapse in the early 2000s.

    who forged signatures in Oregon

    See above: relapse, felony.

Paul is now on the executive committee of the Alabama LP even though he is actually a homeless bum who hitchhikes all over the country

I’ve been on the LPA EC in 1998 and 2007 to present. I very rarely hitchhike anymore, or sleep outside unless I’m camping by choice, but I do travel on business full time, so keeping an apartment (which I did for 33 months in 2000-2 of which I was only there for 6) just becomes overly expensive storage.

I generally earn my living; sometimes friends and family help me out, and if they ask me to, I pay them back. I also help some people as well. I would not call that being a homeless bum. I’ve been genuinely homeless before, and this is nothing like that.

and posts lies and slanders here against Sean Haugh, Christina Tobin, Angela Keaton, Richard Winger, Michelle Shinghal, Scott Kohlhaas and ElfNinosMom – all due to petty jealousy against his betters.

    A) What lies and slanders? Any examples, please?

    B) My “betters”? LOL

    C) I’ve never had a bad thing to say about Mr. Winger, and don’t think I ever will. I seem to also be getting along fine with Ms. Tobin at present, although only on the level of occasionally speaking by email or phone; we’ve not had any business dealings this year. She’s complimented me on my writing several times.

    D) Petty jealousy? No. Too much detail here to go into, though.

Incidentally he is also a plagiarist.

    I credit all my sources.

The GAP boys are now turning on each other here over money.

Gary does not owe me anything, and hasn’t in about a year. Nor do I owe him anything. I do find him overly annoying, though.

I do owe Andy some money the last few weeks, which I already have the signatures to cover. I’ve paid him back before too, as did Gary at one time before going into debt again.

Don’t trust them, and don’t hire Mark Pickens who is just a front for them.

Mr. Pickens is currently an office staffer at the International Society for Individual Liberty. I am not aware of him seeking to be hired by anyone.

Thank you for the update on the Green Party petition drives for mayor and city council in NYC.

    Please keep these reports coming.

    Wish them luck.

You can really see they are petition gathering rookies, if they’re asking for pledges to gather signatures.

Such pledges melt faster than snow in Rio.

I like Billy, but he should not have hired Sean Haugh. Haugh is part of the Nader World Control conspiracy which put spyware on my computer and attempted to destroy the Catholic Trotskyist Party through psychich spiritual battle on August 1, 2008, at 4:52 PM PST, one year ago today, before being defeated 40 days later on September 8, 2008, at 1:51 PM PST.

    –What it all means…

Reverend Billy and the Green Party have hired professional petition gathering folks from the Green Party, the Libertarian Party, and Free and Equal.

Some folks are upset they weren’t, or haven’t yet been hired.

    They posted here.

    Understandable.

    Everyone needs to eat.

With a professional group of veteran Green/Libertarian petitioners – Reverend Billy’s chances of making the ballot climbs…

Nobody is “upset” that they have not been hired to petition for the Green Party in New York. The 3 of us are all working elsewhere.

We are disgusted that the Green Party or any other organization would have anything to do with Sean Haugh.

Also, it should be pointed out that most petitioners are NOT Libertarians or Greens or of any other ideaology. Most of the petitioners are mercenaries who are only out to make a buck.

Paul, Gary, and myself are actually Libertarians, and we like to work on pro-liberty stuff, but we are in the extreme minority in the petition business.

All 3 of us have done ballot access work for other minor parties and independent candidates, but that’s because we see them as being less toxic than most of the Democrats and Republicans and we also know that they stand little chance of winning anyway.

So Sean Haugh’s new title is Petition Captian. LOL! A more accurate title for Sean Haugh would be Petition Jackass, or maybe Petition Fucktard.

  16. Andy Andy August 3, 2009

“Or Sean Haugh (Petition Captain) at 919-402-3489?

Sean Haugh is a Petition Captian if the ship is the Titanic or the Exxon Valdez.

“With a professional group of veteran Green/Libertarian petitioners – Reverend Billy’s chances of making the ballot climbs…”

But with Special Sean in charge they fall right back down. As the Libertarian Party learned last year. And this year again in NY-20.

  18. Gary Fincher Gary Fincher August 5, 2009

Kimberly and Paulie are wrong about the video I put together.

I suspect if it had been THEY who Haugh tried to rip off for $3k and interfere with future work, they would be singing a far different tune. Not suspect, GUARANTEE.

It’s a shame how critical people can be when it isn’t THEIR ox being gored (or property being endangered).

  19. Gary Fincher Gary Fincher August 5, 2009

“However, I seriously doubt that the state of Mass. is actually seeking to extradite and prosecute Haugh, whose whereabouts are in no way a secret. ”

    Wrong.

I have known the “authorities” to issue arrest warrants when the defendant is remote – so you can’t just assume it’s out of their reach to do so.

Also, I doubt seriously that Sean Haugh is reporting his whereabouts to Massachusetts authorities, who are holding a criminal complaint against him. Play semantics games all you want with the word “secret”…but if he isn’t divulging to them his whereabouts, secret he’s being nonetheless.

  20. Gary Fincher Gary Fincher August 5, 2009

“Nor do I owe him anything. I do find him overly annoying, though.”

Paulie is actually WAY more annoying than I am. I don’t yank curtains wide open in hotels when people are trying to sleep, or have to eat a ridiculous air/land/sea diet even when it causes undue hardship for chauffeurs. I also don’t make absurd predictions for Democrat presidential nominees and then run the incorrect issue into the ground, ad nauseum.

  21. Gary Fincher Gary Fincher August 5, 2009

…and this is even WITHOUT getting into the whole highly annoying “Lori” episode.

    “libertariangirl // Aug 5, 2009 at 9:45 am

Air , land and sea diet? i gotta ask:)”

Paul likes to eat at least one creature that flies (as in a bird/fowl) each day (includes chickens which can fly for short distances), one land animal, and one water creature (like a fish or crustatacean (ie-lobster, crab, shrimp, etc…) each day. He has been known to go to great lengths to ensure that he gets sea, air, and land in his diet each day. When he eats at a Mexican restaurant he usually orders combination fajitas which often include shrimp, steak, and chicken, that way he gets his sea, air, and land in one sitting. I’ve suggested that he carry cans of sardines or clams or oysters with him, that way he’d ensure that he’d get the sea portion of his prefered diet each day without having to seek out restaurants, but thus far he has been unwilling to do this.

  24. Andy Andy August 5, 2009

I think that Haugh “lucked out” that he was not in Massachusetts and that the criminal justice system is so backlogged with cases.
