Its interesting to me that they have a lot of speakers from the freedom movement – Libertarians, Constitutionalists, Ron Paul/Gary Johnson republicans – but a lot of “invited speakers” who are mainstream GOP.

You should put on a convention Milnes, I’d like to see your lineup and the crowd you’d draw.

Anybody want to put on a counter-counterrevolutionary convention?
I’d be glad to participate if one is put on. But that’s about as far as I would get involved.

Steve, comments fill up when Root posts. But when I comment not much happens.
So as far as I am concerned, that says it pretty much. The radicals will be lucky to not wind up with Root as nominee. The GOP, counterrevolutionaries, Tea Party are active & holding the agenda & are the movers & shakers & getting the $ from all over the world.
The radicals are a pathetic joke.
    i.e. Losers.

    A) Unfortunately, often true. Fortunately, not always true.

    B) Look who’s talking.

    C) This article is not about internal Libertarian Party politics. There are plenty of article about that at IPR.

There are some people who have been involved with the LP who are also involved with this, but many of the people involved have never been involved in the LP and have no interest in being involved in it.

That may be because the invited speakers are less easy to book.

Yes, I know, you always want to be the armchair general.

Lead by example, or no one will follow.

Come on paulie, get off my back. I’m only one person.
If there was an equivalent organization as saveamericaconvention for the libs/radicals/progressives, I’d join & participate.
It is just not happening thanks to you & other naysayers & despite my best efforts.
    Why don’t you & lg go & kiss Ron Paul’s & Gary Johnson’s cheeks?

“Come on paulie, get off my back. I’m only one person.”

Who believes he can become president. Much is expected from those who reach high. Either quit making excuses or do something. BTW, you did do the right thing with regard to that nutjob Ogle. You are better off not playing in that fantasy world.

  9. paulie Post author

Did someone ask you to appoint them as anything? Now you’re starting to act like Ogle.

Appointing someone else to do something is not your first step. Actually doing something yourself, besides posting comments on IPR, is.
