    Or Twin Peaks. Much better than Hooters.

    Per wikipedia, RCLP stands for recycled-content latex paint.

    NF @ 10: I stand corrected. Thanks for pointing out my serious faux pas.

    Whether someone is male or female has nothing to do with how good of a wait person someone is– unless you’re at Hooters, I guess! 😀

    @7: Stick to polymers.

    Yeah Jill, I like the idea of no waitress and low priced food. But, I’m not aware of any Panera in my area that has any separated dining area. Maybe I’ll search around.

    “We’re not at the mercy of a waitress.”

    Tsk, tsk… not at the mercy of the waitstaff!

    As TLK would say… there fixed that for ya! 😉

    There is a back room, although it isn’t separated by doors. We’ve met here for couple years, although we’ve just about outgrown it. What works best about it is that people can come in and order their own food. We’re not at the mercy of a waitress.

    Jill, does this Panera have a separate room for you all to use? If not, Panera (assuming that we’re talking about the chain of cafes) seems like a strange venue in which to have a speaker. Have you met there before? If so, has it worked well for you all?

    I ask mostly out of curiosity, by the way.

    @4: One of these days the LP will get a consistent acronym plan nationwide.

    Don’t forget the Royal Canadian Libertarian Party!

    I don’t think “RCLP” is a very useful acronym. There are 109 counties in the U.S. that start with the letter “R”, so if “LP” always means “Libertarian Party” there could be 109 such county organizations with that acronym.

    Thanks Jill, I corrected here and at the California Libertarian Report blog.

    Small correction, Gene: The restaurant is at 3521 Foothill. It’s at the exteme western end of the shopping center at Rosemead and Foothill.

    I’m looking forward to the evening! This is my local Libertarian group.
