California Green Party: “The Sanders Campaign Is Absolutely Destroying Us!”

Those are the words of California Green Party spokesman Mike Feinstein, who, in response to an inquiry from Mother Jones on Friday, visited the website of the California Secretary of State.

Supreme Court declines to hear “Top Two” appeal from California minor parties

WASHINGTON (AP) — The Supreme Court is turning away a challenge from minor political parties in California that claim they are essentially excluded from general election ballots because of the state’s top-two primary system.

The justices on Tuesday rejected an appeal from the Green and Libertarian parties, among others.

Richard Winger of Ballot Access News reports that there is a Green Party primary debate coming up this weekend in San Francisco:

The Green Party presidential candidates will debate each other in San Francisco on Saturday, May 12. The debate will include Roseanne Barr, Kent Mesplay, and Jill Stein. The location is the Victoria Theater at 2961 16th Street, at the corner of Mission.
