Ralph Nader has come out directly with his desire for 2012.

Though he wouldn’t rule out another presidential campaign himself, Nader, 76, said he hoped a new face would take up the progressive cause.

“I’m not foreclosing the possibility … There are just other things to do,” he said in an interview.

On August 20th, IPR reported that Matt Gonzalez and Ron Paul will be attending an anti-war rally together in San Francisco. However, the event may be more than that. Darren Richardson at allvoices.com claims,

Matt Gonzalez Endorses Tony Kelly

Former San Francisco Board of Supervisors President Matt Gonzalez today endorsed community activist Tony Kelly in the race for District 10 Supervisor.
