Election Results for Labor Party, and Socialist Action Party

In 2010, two very old political parties that had never appeared on the ballot in a partisan election finally decided to enter a partisan race. Tuesday, July 14th: Demonstration at Egyptian Embassy called by Cynthia McKinney and George Galloway

Cynthia McKinney was the 2008 Green Party candidate for President. McKinney has been working with groups trying to bring humanitarian aid to Gaza.

From an e-mail sent by a McKinney supporter:

We just received word that the Viva Palestina convoy is still being held in Egypt despite negotiations. Convoy organizers Cynthia McKinney and George Galloway are calling for protests tomorrow.
