Missouri Libertarian candidate Doug Burlison places first in primary

Libertarian Doug Burlison, an incumbent city councilman in Springfield, Missouri, is running for re-election and received 48.6% of the vote in the February 22 primary (the highest of three candidates). Burlison and the second-place candidate will be in a general election on April 5.
