Libertarian Party of Northern Virginia Hosts Candidates Forum May 18th

On May 18th, the Libertarian Party of Northern Virginia (LPNOVA) hosted a candidates forum. The following Libertarian candidates in the November 2013 elections attended and spoke:

Robert C. Sarvis (Governor)

Patrick Hagerty (House of Delegates, district 33)

Laura Delhomme (House of Delegates, district 47)

Lindsey Bolton (House of Delegates, district 48)

Anthony Tellez (House of Delegates, district 53)

    I heard second hand that this was a great event. I wish I could have made it. Others who attended can comment on some of the gems that came out from the candidates.

    One candidate commented that if marijuana were legal, the farmers in his district would grow much better marijuana than drug cartels. It was a great one!

    The headline of this article is wrong as well. The event was not hosted by the LPVA, rather LPNOVA. It is correct in the body of the post though.
