on August 10, 2013 in order to nominate a candidate for the upcoming 42nd State Senate District Special Election and to update the by-laws to comply with the Act 61.

The convention is to start at 10:00am. Registration of delegates will start at 9:30am.

There will be a debate between the candidates before the nomination and Jeremy Walters will moderate the debate.

The candidates are Rodney Travis and Alex Thornton.

Afterwards, the State Executive Committee will hold a meeting in lieu of holding one on August 3rd .
