Interesting video. Nice visual shout-out to the Center for a Stateless Society in there.

Question: Was this video actually produced by the Kerbel campaign, or did they just stick the Kerbel logo on it? Not that there’s a problem with the latter, but if the former I’d be interested in where it came from, if for no other reason than to know who’s been noticing C4SS.

The 2nd video is taken from Discovery, which is easily found by googling the name of the woman in the video- She works for Discovery, and TestTube, a Discovery network, her twitter links to Discovery and the testtube twitter account is mentioned in the above posted video at the beginning. Googling her name and “What is Libertarianism” will bring you to the original video posted on the Test Tube website.

So, did this Kerbel dude just take a video from Discovery and slap his name on it?

It appears this video was used without permission and a complaint has been filed by the original producer of the clip. This is just another in a long line of “mistakes” made by this man who claims he wants to be the LP’s nominee for POTUS. Yet he can’t seem to keep himself out of trouble. Suddenly, a guy traveling around the country and sleeping in his car while campaigning does not look so bad after all.

    L. Ryan Bolling,

You write that “it appears” [something]. Do you happen to have a link to that something, e.g. the complaint?

Perhaps Kerbel is libertarian on the subject of intellectual property. That would be a feature, not a bug, IMO.
