Former New York City Madam Kristin Davis, independent candidate for governor of New York, said today she would accept the apology of New York Post columnist John Podhoretz, who earlier in the week wrote that Davis was a “hooker.”
“Although I never worked as a call girl, I was held accountable for the crime of promoting prostitution,” said Davis ” I approached the escort business strictly as a business”

Libertarian, Anti-Prohibition Parties Win New York Ballot Case

On October 22, a US District Court in New York struck down the discriminatory law on fusion. The judge ordered the state to let Randy Credico appear on both lines: the Libertarian line and the Anti-Prohibition line.
