Tennessee Court Decision Puts Green, Constitution Parties on the Ballot

Ballot Access News reports that a US District Court decision has put the Green and Constitution parties on the Tennessee ballot. Both parties have in recent years collected thousands of signatures in that state, but failed to make the cutoff which was over 40,000 valid. Delaware State Court Says Major Parties May Exclude Members of Minor Parties From Running in Major Party Primaries
