Maine Independent Cutler Proposes Office Dedicated to Repeal of Regulations


From the Morning Sentinel, on Independent gubernatorial candidate Eliot Cutler:

Cutler says he would establish an Office of Regulatory Review and Repeal within the governor’s office if elected. The office would “repeal or change regulations that are standing in the way of job growth,” according to an announcement from his campaign.

ME: Republicans Put Independent Cutler Under Surveillance

Independent candidate for governor of Maine Eliot Cutler must be worrying the Republican Governor’s Association.  From the Press Herald:

An independent candidate for governor complained to a national Republican group this week about a woman it hired to follow him and other opponents with a video camera.  Eliot Cutler called it a juvenile practice that distracts from real campaign issues and turns off voters.
