Libertarian Publishes A “Lyrical Riddle”

Eric Sundwall, a long-time leader of the Libertarian Party, is publishing something new and different. Titled “The Anarchist’s Dictator: A Lyrical Riddle,” it will be available on Amazon starting Tuesday, September 6th.

New York has released official election returns for the special election of March 31 in the 20th U.S. House district [to fill the seat of now Senator Kirsten Gillibrand]. The only candidates on the ballot were Democrat Scott Murphy and Republican Jim Tedisco.

Scott Murphy is the candidate for the Democrats. Jim Tedisco is the Republican. The special election to fill the 20th Congressional District seat in New York, vacated when Kirsten Gillibrand was appointed to Senate, is too close to call. Former Libertarian Candidate Sundwall Endorses Democrat Scott Murphy

Former Libertarian candidate for New York’s 20th Congressional District, Eric Sundwall, wrote a letter slamming Republican candidate Jim Tedisco and his allies. He also endorses Democrat Scott Murphy for the congressional seat. Here’s part of the letter:

Sundwall Thrown Off Congressional Ballot

The State Board of Elections has voted to disqualify the Libertarian Party candidate for the 20th Congressional District, Eric Sundwall, from the election, just a week from the election. They did so after an investigation found four thousand of his ballot access signatures invalid.

ALBANY — The state Board of Elections voted today to disqualify the Libertarian Party candidate in race for the vacant 20th congressional district, less than a week before Tuesday’s special election.

20th District Debate — Minus One Candidate

The Times Union published an article today about the debate between Eric Sundwall and Scott Murphy, two of the three people running for Congress in the 20th Congressional District in New York. The article mentions some of the views of both candidates.

Sundwall, a Libertarian, opposes Murphy’s views on healthcare, saying “As a Libertarian, it’s not my responsibility to make sure my employees floss their teeth or have good health habits in place.”… Read more ...
