New Chairman Elected For Libertarian National Committee

A new chairman has been elected to the Libertarian National Committee at the 2020 National Convention.

Joseph Bishop-Henchman, who served as an at-large member of the LNC from 2018-2020 was elected on the second ballot for the chairman election. Bishop-Henchman received 43.81% of the vote in the first round with Joshua Smith, also an at-large member from 2018-2020, coming in second with 33.71% of the vote.… Read more ...

Ron Paul Endorses Joshua Smith for LNC Chair

Yesterday, former Congressman Ron Paul, the Libertarian Party’s 1988 presidential nominee and lifetime party member, endorsed Joshua Smith for chairman of the Libertarian National Committee in a video posted on Twitter.

Paul believes that Smith, who worked on Paul’s 2008 presidential campaign, has the organizational experience and philosophic integrity to do well as chair.… Read more ...
