Joanne Naughton is a member of Law Enforcement Against Prohibition (LEAP). (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Law_Enforcement_Against_Prohibition) . The Libertarian Party of New York (LPNY) state convention was held on April 22nd. Naugton spoke about the why she and her organization believe the War on Drugs is a dangerous failure that needs to end.
