For personal reasons involving the health of one of my close family members, I, Dr. Tom Stevens, hereby resign my position of State Chair of the Libertarian Party of Pennsylvania effective upon the appointment by the Board of Directors of a successor State Chair to serve for the reminder of my term of office.

It sickens me to read the lies, misrepresentations and defamation posted daily by the same core group of malcontents who enjoy creating problems within the party and it is also true that these lies have influenced people while I have devoted my time to productive work.

So Tom has a convention committee in name only. Of the young men involved, one, Nicholas Hillman (former Bucks County Chair) told me that Tom did his thing, and never bothered to listen to the committee, or any suggestions made by any members therein.

This is a formal call for Board action on a violation of the Communications Policy perpetrated by Tom Stevens in his capacity as moderator of an LPPA communication medium.
