Nader group files suit against various government agencies

According to the Associated Press, Ralph Nader’s group Public Citizen has filed suit against the Department of Homeland Security, Customs and Border Protection and the Army Corps of Engineers over issues relating to the border fence along the US-Mexican border.  Public Citizen is suing over the failure of the agencies to provide documents in a Freedom of Information Act request by Denise Gilman of the Texas Working Group on Human Rights and the Border Wall.… Read more ...
