Statement on Gwen Moore’s Endorsement of Hillary Clinton
(MILWAUKEE) Andy Craig, Libertarian candidate for Wisconsin’s 4th congressional district, issued the following statement in response to incumbent Rep. Gwen Moore’s endorsement of Hillary Clinton for President of the United States:
Gwen Moore, the professed champion of criminal justice reform, believes we should have a President whose tough-on-crime pandering in the 1990s helped bring us today’s moral crisis of mass incarceration.

When state Assembly seats are on the ballot, Wisconsin voters have far fewer candidates to choose from than residents of neighboring Minnesota and Michigan, a group called Competitive Elections Wisconsin claims.
Tonight all of the news is swirling around the recall effort of Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker. Tom Barrett is the Democratic candidate and polling shows Barrett has, in recent weeks, closed the gap. Green Party Watch held a presidential poll with the following results:
1,792 votes cast, Jill Stein received 1,223 of them, or 68%. Roseanne Barr, who had just entered the race in the last week, picked up 526 votes, or 29%. There were 35 votes for Kent Mesplay, and 8 votes for Harley Mikkelson
