Tea Party of Florida not doing well in early results

In FL-12, Republican Dennis Ross has solidly won. Florida Tea Party candidate Randy Wilkinson sagged in the polls to 11% with 95% reporting. Peg Dunmire is at 3.3%, despite her $250k investment in the race, with 84% reporting.
