Beginning October 1, 2020, Facebook will begin enforcing a stricter community standard guideline in an attempt to “stop hate speech.”

Ballot Access News: California Libertarian Phone Bank Has Already Telephoned 2,000 Voters on Proposition 14

Ballot Access News:

California Libertarians have set up a phone bank to ask voters to vote “No” on Proposition 14, the top-two ballot measure that is on the June 8 ballot. The volunteers have already made 2,000 phone calls, according to Libertarian office manager Beau Cain. It is not clear if that means 2,000 numbers were dialed, or whether it means 2,000 conversations have actually taken place.

The final day to volunteer for Malik Rahim

Malik Rahim is running as a Green for Congress in Louisiana’s 2nd district, which encompasses much of New Orleans. He was previously a Black Panther and founded Common Ground in the wake of Hurricane Katrina. It was the first organization after the hurricane to help people get back on their feet, and eventually brought in over 13,000 volunteers to New Orleans.… Read more ...

Malik Rahim campaign volunteer conference call includes drop-in from David Cobb

Earlier tonight, I joined in on a conference call of fellow volunteers for the Malik Rahim for Congress campaign across the nation. I live in Pennsylvania, but a new technology has been designed to allow people to participate in a phone bank from their house.
