Though, a group within the UFT, called ICE, has made an interesting endorsement: They ask members to vote for anybody on the ballot, except incumbent Mayor Bloomberg. Bloomberg (Rep., Independence), Stephen Christopher (Conservative), Francisca “Frances” Villar (Party for Socialism and Liberation), Dan Fein (Socialist Workers), Billy Talen (Green), Jimmy McMillan (Rent is Too High), Joseph Dobrian (Libertarian).

Conservative Party candidate polling two percent in New York mayoral race

The latest Quinnipiac Poll on the New York mayoral race included Conservative Party candidate Stephen Christopher along with incumbent Michael Bloomberg, an independent on the ballot as a Republican and Independence Party candidate, and Democrat William Thompson. The poll did not include other alternative candidates.

Christopher polled two percent in the survey of 1,513 likely voters, while one percent volunteered that they would vote for someone else.… Read more ...
