Alliance Party political director Tim Cotton sent out the following email yesterday announcing the selection of 2020 Alliance Party vice presidential nominee Darcy Richardson as the next chairman of the Alliance Party. He replaces the outgoing chairman, former South Carolina Education Superintendent Jim Rex. Richardson is a longtime IPR contributor.
