Alaska Voter Registration Update: Indpendents, AIP, and Republicans Gain

Voter registration numbers for the state of Alaska have been updated as of February 3, 2011. The second percentage is from the same date last year.

Alaskan Independence Party: 14,291 (2.86% up from 2.84%)

Democrat: 74,843 (14.96% down from 15.47%)

Libertarian: 8,769 (1.75% down from 2.00%)

Republican: 131,805 (26.34% up from 25.90%)

Non-Partisan: 81,221 (16.23% up from 15.86%)

Undeclared: 185,517 (37.07% up from 36.42%)

Constitution: 3 (approaching 0%, did not exist last year)

Green: 2,298 (.46% down from .51%)

Veterans: 1,647 (.33% down from .36%)
