Kevin Zeese, an attorney and IPR contributor who posted 44 articles on this site, has died, Ballot Access News reports.  Zeese was heavily involved in the Green Party and the Howie Hawkins 2020 campaign for president.  He reportedly died suddenly of a heart attack on September 6 at the age of 64.… Read more ...

American Shopping Party Picks Brock Pierce as 2020 Presidential Nominee

The American Shopping Party, which has ballot access in Hawaii, nominated independent presidential candidate Brock Pierce for president and Karla Ballard for vice president, according to the Hawaii Office of Elections.

Pierce is a former child actor who has had success as cryptocurrency entrepreneur.

Howie Hawkins Secures 2020 Green Party Presidential Nomination

According to a Twitter post from union leader and Green Party co-founder Howie Hawkins, Hawkins has earned the requisite number of pledged delegates to secure the Green Party’s 2020 presidential nomination.  Through primaries and state conventions, Hawkins has attained 182 bound delegates, which is enough to win the nomination on the first ballot at the 2020 Green National Convention on July 11.… Read more ...

Jesse Ventura Says He’ll Write-in Himself for President

Former professional wrestler Jesse Ventura, who was elected Governor of Minnesota as a member of the Reform Party in 1998 and who recently joined the Green Party, said in an interview last week with Primo Nutmeg that he will write-in his own name for president on Election Day.
