This has been a busy media week for the campaign, as we kicked off our Constitution Day pledge drive and Nader’s Southern tour—traveling to Oklahoma, Louisiana and Arkansas before heading to Tennessee. In Oklahoma, Nader addressed crowds about the state’s discriminatory ballot access laws and its refusal to allow write-in campaigns.
According to a post at Ballot Access News, Green Party State Representative candidate Richard Carroll faces only write-in opposition as the Democratic Party in Arkansas has changed internal party rules designed to bar Dwayne Dobbins from running for re-election.
Dobbins has plead guilty to sexually assaulting a 17 year old girl.… Read more ...
