Oral Argument in Nader v Democratic National Committee Set for March 20th

The U.S. Court of Appeals, D.C. Circuit, will hear oral arguments in Nader v Democratic National Committee, on the morning of Friday, March 20, at the U.S. Courthouse at 333 Constitution Avenue. The case number is 08-7074. The 3-judge panel starts hearing cases at 9:30 a.m., and the Nader case is the third one that will be heard.

This case stems from Ralph Nader’s run for President of the United States in 2004. The case accuses the Democratic National Committee of using
coordinated “acts of harassment, intimidation and sabotage” against Nader’s candidacy. On Nader’s side, Peter Miguel Camejo is one of the appellants. Nader names as appellees/defendants: John Kerry, Kerry-Edwards 2004, Inc., and Reed Smith, LLP and others.

Let’s hope that justice prevails this time. This hearing should be televised, with Ralph Nader doing the play by play commentary . How about it Court TV.

Wow, SEb, that is an awesome idea.

Wonder if anyone has time to write an e-mail to court tv. There is a chance that they send reporters over to see if something is worth broadcasting later.

As a true fighter for the rights of the American people, including injured workers and the fight against corporate crimes against the U.S. citizens…. Mr Nader and Matt Gonzalas did not get a fair chance in the election.

The Republicans and the Democrats did not want him in any of the debates for fear their evil deeds would have been exposed by them.

This was a true crime against Mr. Nader and should not be tolerated in a country where we are told everyone has constitutional rights.
