MINNEAPOLIS, Jan. 25 (UPI) — Former Minnesota Gov. Jesse Ventura is suing the Transportation Security Administration for allegedly violating his privacy rights during an airport patdown…

The suit names the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, DHS Secretary Janet Napolitano, the Transportation Security Administration and TSA Administrator John Pistole, the newspaper said.

The complaint alleges Ventura was subjected to “warrantless, non-suspicion-based offensive touching, gripping and rubbing of the genital and other sensitive areas of his body,” when a TSA agent patted him down in November 2010 at Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport. The lawsuit asserts the patdown met “the definition for an unlawful sexual assault” KSTP reported.

“He sees the erosion of civil liberties here and he’s willing to stand up not only for himself, but for others,” Ventura’s attorney, David Olsen told the TV station…

Jesse Ventura Files Lawsuit Against DHS/TSA for Violations of Fourth Amendment

    From Alex Jones at InfoWars:

Former Governor Jesse Ventura has taken steps to sue the TSA and the Department of Homeland Security, naming their chiefs John Pistole and ‘Big Sis’ Janet Napolitano in a lawsuit that will take on invasive airport pat-downs [READ LAWSUIT]. Ventura first told Alex Jones of his intent to sue the TSA privately back in September while traveling for the making of TruTV’s “Conspiracy Theory,” expressing grave concern about what he viewed as his country’s transformation into East Germany . . .

he was a Reform Party [type, movement] governor, even though he is an independent now ……..

[Notin wong width dat! and lots of folks are not hung up with the French Revolution, 1789, Left – Right thing. I have been the most conservative person in a room full of radicals. I have been the most liberal person in a room full of reactionaries. NBD!]

I am not quite ready to rejoin CUIP /Independent Vote, but I have never been a big fan of Left – Right propaganda.

Take raving Socialist ctweber, [Sandy Ego County and then Sacramento County] married to a Russian woman, humming the ‘Internationale’ [the USSR national anthem] at the drop of a Cossack’s hat, constantly spewing ‘Right Wing Nut Case’.

He would get visibly upset when I would question why conservative stances were automatically ‘verbotin’.

No wonder why, as the future defacto ‘publisher’ of the national Rf P USA print monthly, I could not ‘buy’ an article into the [RIP] California Partisan.

Ah, the Partisan, constantly calling for grass roots articles, constantly printing nothing but Honcho / VIP boring press releases, soooooooo dull and uninspiring!

And how is the Peace and Freedom Party’s Partisan doing? Oh, shut down. Oh, MIA; or more honestly, Missing In Inaction ………

I find the ex-Gov to be flaky to the extreme but this time he seems to have gotten it right. Let’s hope this just isn’t a ploy for his TV show.
