AUSTIN – Travis County voters will have 31 Libertarian candidates among their options on November 6, 2012.
Travis County Libertarian Party treasurer Arthur DiBianca commented, “As far as we know, there will be more Libertarians on the ballot in Travis County than any other county in America.”
Among the candidates are Gary Johnson and Jim Gray, running for president and vice-president, and John Jay Myers, running for U.S. Senate.
There are also five U.S. House candidates, five Texas House candidates, four candidates for Travis County Constable, and many others.
DiBianca added, “We’re proud that Travis County voters will have so many opportunities to get out of the two-party box and support principled Libertarian candidates.”
The complete list of Libertarian candidates can be seen here:

Wow! That is impressive. I saw Arthur’s name there, too. I wish I voted in Travis County, Texas. What a great effort by the Libertarians who live there.
Three states have more candidates than Travis county, and one the same:
State County Rank
Texas 119 1
Colorado 68 2
Michigan 49 3
Indiana 31 4
