Antonella Artuso in the Toronto Sun:
According to its 2012/13 annual report, the most recent available, Chief Electoral Officer Greg Essensa refused to put a check mark beside the request for a Masturbators Political Party of Ontario, or as it would have been known in its abbreviated form, Masturbators.
Michael Luba at True North Times:
Ontario has gone to the dogs—and not because they do a better job with peanut butter than most people can do with their hands. The 2014 election, in which Ontarians approved the Liberals’ big government budget, was clearly the first step down the road to a 1984-esque dystopian society. Do we live in a democracy in which people can vote for the right to yank their chains and buff their muffs? Apparently, we do not.
Elections Ontario recently released its Annual Report for 2012/2013. Like everything you keep under your mattress, it was full of secrets. Specifically, it revealed that Elections Ontario refused to recognize the Masturbators Political Party of Ontario because its name was “not acceptable”. Never mind that Elections Ontario is one letter away from a similarly suggestive name. Apparently, that doesn’t matter.

That’s some quality maple-flavoured satire right there.
Mainly just me. It’s all distorted crap. He claims I am the nazi troll, but I think there’s a good chance it is actually him.
I enjoyed this story as well, and admit that I also went to CLC’s site. There went a few minutes of my life that I’ll never get back (although it was frankly worth it for entertainment purposes).
Such a great story to start the day! Brought about a hearty chuckle. I wish the I’m Canadian, Eh? Party was around. Great stuff.
The visit to the Fillmore site was a hoot as well. Nutters are a near surefire bet for entertaining reading.
Fillmore is insane. I looked at his site after seeing a link that Paulie posted. It was a waste of time. All he is interested in is bad-mouthing Paulie and others from IPR.
What is this world cumming to?
