Stein leads unscientific online Green Party presidential poll

greencandidatesAn unscientific online poll on the race for the Green Party presidential nomination shows Jill Stein in the lead with 47.9%, followed by Darryl Cherney 27.9%, William P. Kreml 8.6%, Sedinam Kinamo Christin Moyowasifza Curry 7.1%, and Kent Mesplay 2.9%. In addition, 5.7% of the 142 respondents wrote in other names.

In a Facebook comment Thursday, Curry urged Green Party members to stop referring to Stein as the “frontrunner” since the nominee selection process has yet to begin. While the Green Party does take part in several state presidential primaries, the party’s nominees for president and vice president will be chosen by delegates to the party’s national convention in Houston next August.

Well, Brother Jeb, Greeting from South Central Los Angeles, California my home state name after a mythical Black Queen that “could look like”. Get yourself ready for a Green Party 2016 Election “shock”. Based on scientific data just the five campaign issues (browning the GP, continuing to follow the presidential path for people of color I started with my 2008 GP Vice Presidential bid, 20 year plan to end white privilge within the GP to morally lead our nation, The Green Eco Path) are ones that our membership support’s for our political long term Survial!Just like the ” work” that had to be done to ensure Uncle Ralph Nader doesn’t “block” our national party long term growth, it will be also done for Sister Dr Stein. They both have and will have a place of honor & respect in the GP! As for my name, LOL, it had already ‘fit’ in a US election. In 2008 I was listed to help support PA Green’s!Do you know the song I pin back in 2007?It’s Paint the White House Green , check YouTube! Be well, Ms Sedinam Kinamo Christin Moyowasifza-Curry

Well, Ms. Sedinam Kinamo Christin Moyowasifza-Curry, I will absolutely look up that video! And please know I was jesting about your name.

Mine’s Jed by the way, not Jeb. Normally don’t take offense, but god forbid I have something in common with a Bush!

It’s actually an interesting question, about the maximum length of a name on the ballot. Presumably there must be some limit, and it’s probably been litigated. Otherwise what’s to stop somebody from changing their name to e.g. the Preamble to the Constitution, or the entire annotated text of War and Peace?
