Some users (including the site owner) have been having problems logging into IPR. This appears to be a glitch with the JetPack plugin.
If you are having this problem on the IPR website, please e-mail me at [email protected] and send me your IP address in the e-mail.

Joe Buchman said he is still having problems on email as well. I assumed incorrectly that it was solved because I had not heard anything about anyone having problems in a while. Still not an issue for anyone except IPR writers though, as far as I know.
I just had the same problem this morning after my IP address changed. It’s not solved, just a temporary fix.
Anyway, I think the problem has been solved at this point.
Not the same type of log in.
I “log in with facebook” to post comments… so technically, some commenters DO “log in”
No one has had to log in to IPR to post comments since that was done away with at the end of 2008. Perhaps some people who are with us from that time still do because they never realized we made that change. The only people who would be logging in to IPR would be IPR writers/editors in order to make new posts/articles/stories, clean out the spam, edit comments, post images in comments, and other such tasks that can only be done by logging in. If any of the IPR writers are not on on our internal discussion email list for these sorts of things and would like to be please let me know, and if any of our readers/commenters would like to sign up as writers, likewise.
