Mr. Rhett Smith from Texas has provided some information regarding his plans for the Presidency. He is a candidate for the presidential nomination for the Libertarian Party. Here is his website.

RESOLUTION:

Whereas, the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitutional Bill of Rights was fundamental for basic freedoms of American “Libertarian (revolutionary) thinkers,” now, today , these “first freedoms” are even more crucial, as Libertarians address America’s global challenge, and must now be considered in American global policy and world affairs;

Be it hereby Resolved , “Freedoms that we cherish for each and every American, should not be denied and violated by global partners and alliances.”

RESOLUTION #2

Whereas, the Papal Bulls creating the Doctrine of Discovery empowered agents of European “Christian” sovereigns to “claim” New World lands and to violate indigenous sovereignty ;

Be it hereby Resolved that, Legal cases decided by the SCOTUS which upheld this egregious Doctrine should now be redressed to end the five centuries old abuse and Non-Aggression Principle (NAP) violation , whereby European sovereigns forced indigenous submission.

Yes, the first crucial issue is to make clear the limits on power — “the President is not above the law”.
Second, I will seek legal injunctions to restrain prior Presidential administrations from meddling in foreign affairs because our foreign policy proposal of ‘First Freedom’ requires significant re-evaluation as compared to prior administrations.
