Editorial: What Should We Do – 2

Having proposed the “What Should We Do?” column, I have put the first such column up on our sister site ThirdPartyWatch.com. The column “Toward a New National Organizing Committee” proposes that it is time to advance toward a national organizing committee for a new classical liberal party. The objective of the column is to illustrate what “What Should We Do?” columns might discuss, and to develop one of several alternative possibilities for classical liberals to advance their political positions.  Other alternatives will be developed in future columns.

IPR has reason to believe that there are at least three of these projects under way.

And we can now report on the first steps toward an organizing committee for a Granite State Party. You can read the details at https://thirdpartywatch.com/2023/05/18/organizing-committee-for-a-granite-state-party/

The proposed name is “Granite State” leading toward the “Granite State Party”. A possible tag line is “Uniting to Build a Better New Hampshire”. The party theme is ‘Solving Problems, Not Calling Names’. The two inflexible positions, which could be phrased slightly differently, would be ‘100% Pro-Choice’ and ‘Standing 100% in Support of the Second Amendment’.
