OH: Constitution Party candidate for US Senate indicted for unlawful sexual contact with a minor

From the Dayton Daily News:

Eric W. Deaton, a Constitution Party candidate for U.S. Senate, was indicted Tuesday, Aug. 31, for unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, according to Greg Flannagan, spokesman for Montgomery County Prosecutor Mathias H. Heck Jr. . . .

“I think this is politically motivated,” said Deaton, blaming the indictment on his decision to run for political office.  “The powers that be don’t like that,” said Deaton, who said he intends to stay in the race.

    So this allegedly took place between 2006-2007, but (how interesting) it’s just coming to light NOW? So this ‘child’ (13-15 is more an adolescent) just suddenly decides NOW that she needs to tell how this man did something to her sexually, even though at her age, she could have spoken up when it occurred and people would have believed her. I hope not only that he is acquitted, but that he sues for millions in slander/defamation of character and then uses that money to defeat his opponents.

    Could his political enemies make this attack any more obvious?

    Green Party Conservative, seriously what would it take for you to make a negative comment on anything?

    I agree it’s probably a conspiracy, possibly with Naderite involvement in order to get the CP voters to support the Republican and thus block the Catholic Trotskyist (aka Democratic) candidate.

    Yeah, it looks politically motivated;

    Polls in that US Senate race indicated that its close between the Dems and GOP, and with a CP candidate in there with Tea Party backing, they’ll try to derail his campaign for sure.

    However we’ll see what the evidence is soon enough, if there is any strong evidence.

    He should have stuck with the Republican Party aka GOP (Gay Old Pedophiles). And I think I might have found Pedobear.

    Just a couple days ago I’d heard from relatives that Mr. Deaton was running a strong race.

    It is silly season in pollytricks….Let’s wait for the facts on this one.

    In the meantime, give Mr. Deaton credit for his courage in the storm..
