A Detroit Free Press poll has independent conservative Glenn Wilson at 8% in a race with a virtual dead heat between the Republican and Democratic candidates:

Gary McDowell (D) – 40%
Glenn Wilson (IND) – 8%
Undecided – 10%
The poll has a margin of sampling error of plus/minus 4.9 percent.
TV6 will have a debate at 7 PM tonight – I have found no word on whether it will be available online for those outside the viewing area.
