A Zogby poll of 501 Arab Americans across the U.S., conducted for the Arab American Institute September 8-13 (+/- 4.5) shows independent Ralph Nader winning six percent of their support in the presidential race, and Libertarian Bob Barr one percent. Barack Obama took 46%, and John McCain 32%.

Barr has been good on the Middle East, but not outspoken enough, obviously. Saying Nader is Arab does not explain it all — Ron Paul’s support among Arabs dwarfs Nader’s.
I am counting down to the debate about whether Nader is Arab or Greek.
Makes sense since Nader himself is Arab American.
