The Memphia Commercial Appeal profiles Constitution Party vice presidential nominee Darrell Castle, a “personal injury lawyer who opposes the income tax, illegal immigration and entangling alliances that result in war.” Castle “endorses the principles of the party, which call for a Biblical basis of the law, no gay marriage, opposition to the income tax, interpreting the Constitution using the ‘actual intent’ of the Founding Fathers, states’ rights and no entangling alliances.” Castle said, “Rights come from God, not from government. The real purpose of government is to secure our rights which come from God. That was the intent of the founders of this country.”

I’m torn between commending his success as a business owner and condemning him as a parasite. I’ll have to go with the latter, since the CP hates capitalism and is also “supposedly” against socialist security and the welfare state.
Baldwin/Castle: A ticket of frauds and liars. Almost makes the LP worth voting for.
According to wikipedia
Upon receiving his J.D. in Memphis, Castle became an attorney. In 1984, he opened a private firm which later grew into Darrell Castle and Associates. Since then, Castle has opened firms in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Detroit, Michigan, Kansas City, Missouri, and St. Louis, Missouri. With over 25 years of legal experience, he has earned much respect. Currently he focuses on consumer bankruptcy and personal injury, but Darrell Castle and Associates also represents clients in the areas of social security/disability and workers’ compensation.
A personal injury lawyer??
