Will someone score me some goodies?

I know this is kind of off-topic, but a hobby of mine is collecting political memorabilia. I’ve got an assortment of signs and bumperstickers from every campaign I’ve ever worked on… plus a good amount of third party stuff and major party presidential primary material.

So… I was wondering if anyone at this weekend’s LP convention would be willing to score some freebies and mail them along to me? Particularly campaign signs, literature, bumperstickers, and any other unique items that are going about.

I’ll happily pay postage and a bit more for your trouble. Just email me!

Pop Culture: Disney Films/ Touchstone Pictures is doing a Kevin Costner vehicle on August 11th!
They are fools if they do not ship boxes of ‘Swing Vote’ buttons to any group that asks.
    They are fools if they do not advertise [M – O – N – E – Y] on Independent Political Report.

AC, I got a little surprise for you. But dont hold your breathe. I doubt one person would have that much spare luggage space. How much is American airelines charging now?

For now, it might be hard to get past the handlers for Barr. And it looks like Gravel is now having some fun too.

My favorite so far is Ernest’s button showing Tank Man ” Challenge the State ! “.

First sign unfortunately was an Imperato one. Persistent, isnt he.

I am sure Mr. Knapp/ster should handicap who may make it into the official debate. Unofficial prelim debates start this Thursday evening.

    T. Hill will certainly try.

Again all, keep up the good work. And remember to share news updates for supporters of other parties. Americans deserve a stronger democracy and better journalism.

I checked his site. Nothing. I guess he want’s to win the nomination first before doing that so he can have his running mate. He came in to late to distribute individual ones. Now when I ordered Citizen Power by Mike Gravel, I got the book and bumper sticker. Both autographed. In case your interested.

I’d appreciate a Bob Barr sign/bumper sticker. Especially signed. I also will pay postage.

Wow, I thought I was the only one with this kind of addiction. I have a bookshelf with my Libertarian bumper sticker, and signed Gravel sticker. All I have for now. And I loooove signs. I wish I could mail money in to campaigns to get these, without a credit card or anything.

    Thanks, that’s awesome!

I’ve never actually sold any of it, strictly a hobby. I do lots of things with no apparent benefit… except my own enjoyment. 🙂

My interest is mostly in signs… that’s probably 2/3rds of my collection. But also literature and stickers. And I’d really like to get a couple items from each candidate. It doesn’t have to all come from you, of course. 🙂

And particularly something from Daniel Imperato. Hehe.

    Sure thing AC.
But I wonder how much of this stuff you might want. What are some of your favorite 3rd party memorabilia?

Is it just for a hobby, or do you find any benefit from any of it.
