BTP’s Jay, but not Knapp, to be on Colorado ballot

The Boston Tea Party‘s presidential ticket will be on the Colorado ballot. However, due to some “logistical problems in securing paperwork,” vice-presidential nominee Thomas Knapp will not be Charles Jay’s running mate in the Rocky Mountain state. Instead, VP stand in Dan Sallis Jr., a native Coloradan, will be listed alongside Jay.

Also submitted were the nine electors who would cast their votes for Jay/Sallis if the ticket carried the state.

Colorado is the first state in which the Boston Tea Party has secured ballot access, but party leaders expect it to also do so in Florida, Louisiana, New Jersey, Tennessee and Utah.
