inDglass do you have a Secretary of State verified legal ballot access form? IL didn’t and lost several forms , time and effort. You and others will have to gather over 1,200 signatures a day to reach the goal. If you believe it can be done and will place your contact info on Chuck BaldWIN Forums ballot access section I will try to guide volunteers your way to help.

I think Winger posted that the deadline could be pushed back if someone would challenge it in court. Wish Nader would do so. Do you know a lawyer that would help for free or fairly inexpensive?

I have started gathering signatures in Indiana and have encouraged others to help with that. Although, the campaign itself does not have an organized effort together to do that yet. Our state chairman said the 33,000 signatures required is a longshot, but I believe a statewide grassroots effort could get that done.

By my count–the CP will be on at least 39 ballots.

Peroutka was on 36 ballots in 2004. 3 of the states he wasn’t on, we’re already qualified for: Hawaii, Vermont, and West Virginia.

Looks like they’re in good shape West of the Mississippi.
