Nader: The Federal Reserve ‘totally out of control’

Although he curiously avoided mentioning it in his statement to Ron Paul supporters, independent presidential candidate Ralph Nader was not shy about condemning the Federal Reserve when he appeared on CNN with Ron Paul on Wednesday.

“The Federal Reserve is now a government within a government,” Nader said. “It is totally out of control. Congress doesn’t control it; it’s funded by the banks. And we either have constitutional government or we don’t.”

I think Chuck Baldwin is a fine candidate for the CP, and the CP certainly showed tremendous principle by nominating him over their own Bob Barr, Alan Keyes. The LP is full of spineless yuppie d-bags who want to “play” politics. They worship the state and were more than welcome to nominate an arch-statist.

    G.E. – Just what I thought.
The CP and Chuck Baldwin may not be the strongest Party and candidate but at least we didn’t sell out by nominating Keyes.

Travis – That’s less fraudulent than claiming Barr is a libertarian candidate.

    Nadar appeared with Ron Paul?

That’s gonna attract some Paul voters.
