NEW RPUSA CONDEMNS ISRAELI ATTACK ON FLOTILLA!

At 4 am, on the USA Memorial Day, the psychopaths & warmongers of the Israeli Military Junta viciously attacked in international waters an unarmed “Peace & Freedom Flotilla” comprised of six-privately-owned ships sailing from Greece, Ireland & Turkey laden with humanitarian supplies of food, clothing, medicine, crayons & coloring books, and building supplies, etc. The private tour boats & yachts were heading to Gaza in an ongoing attempt to “Break the Siege of Gaza” which the Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF), using American war-materiel, have been illegally imposing since 2007 – in direct violation of International Law & United Nations Resolutions – and USA foreign policy restrictions forbidding USA war-materiel to be used for OFFENSIVE purposes! The Israeli sneak-attack is yet another blatant ACT OF PIRACY under International Law in addition to scores of other violations – including the cold-blooded WOUNDING (60+) & MURDER (20) & Kidnapping (700) of the surviving Peace Activists from around the world & taking them to Israeli-occupied-Palestine! The IOF has not yet released the names of all the KIAs & wounded! Daily the IOF kills unarmed Palestinian women & children and now they’ve added Senior Citizens of all nationalities to their list of victims!

Of particular note is that survivors detained & later released have reported that the self-styled “Israeli-commandos” descended from helicopters onto the top decks and began shooting everyone in sight – even those sleeping on deck! Those passengers not wounded or killed set about using deck chairs, awning poles & fire hoses to defend themselves & fight off the heavily-armed Israelis, including throwing some IOF soldiers over the side of the ship as widely seen on the released video of the treachery! Meanwhile the IOF Defense Ministry, as usual, is trying to BLAME the Passengers for “attacking” the IOF soldiers dressed in full battle-gear & wearing ski-masks when in fact it was the IOF that had violated International Law, acted as Pirates, began shooting even before they hit the deck, MURDERING & Injuring scores of unarmed passengers! Does anyone really believe that an unarmed 19 year-old American Citizen shot with four bullets to the head and one in the chest while sleeping on the upper deck was killed by IOF cowards was some sort of “self-defense” on their part? It’s sheer IOF piracy & murder on the high seas!

In case no one has ever told the cowardly-IOF – who comically claim to be the “fourth-most-powerful” military on the planet – the wearing of “ski-masks” is an act-of-terrorism under International Law – and ANYONE HAS THE RIGHT & DUTY TO RESIST BY FORCE! Under USA domestic law, it has always been ILLEGAL for any law-enforcement-officer or agency to unjustly “arrest” or “falsely-accuse” any given person – regardless of what “insignia” they may be wearing on their shoulder, if they bust into someone’s home or business WEARING SKI-MASKS everyone of us has a right to RESIST BY FORCE-OF-ARMS since they are acting as criminals & pirates – that’s right – SHOOT FIRST and then ask THEM questions later!

BARBARISM ON THE HIGH SEAS…AMERICA’S COMPLICITY!

“As I write at 5pm on Monday, May 31, all day has passed since the early morning reports of the Israeli commando attack on the unarmed ships carrying humanitarian aid to Gaza, and there has been no response from President Obama except to say that he needed to learn “all the facts about this morning’s tragic events” and that Israeli prime minister Netanyahu had canceled his plans to meet with him at the White House. Thus has Obama made America complicit once again in Israel’s barbaric war crimes. Just as the US Congress voted to deep-six Judge Goldstone’s report on Israel’s war crimes committed in Israel’s January 2009 invasion of Gaza, Obama has deep-sixed Israel’s latest act of barbarism by pretending that he doesn’t know what has happened.

No one in the world will believe that Israel attacked ships in international waters carrying Israeli citizens, a Nobel Laureate, elected politicians, and noted humanitarians bringing medicines and building materials to Palestinians in Gaza, who have been living in the rubble of their homes without repairs or medicines since January 2009, without first clearing the crime with its American protector. Without America’s protection, Israel, a totally artificial state, could not exist. No one in the world will believe that America’s spy apparatus did not detect the movement of the Israeli attack force toward the aid ships in international waters in an act of piracy, killing 20, wounding 50, and kidnapping the rest. Obama’s pretense at ignorance confirms his complicity.

Once again the US government has permitted the Israeli state to murder good people known for their moral conscience. The Israeli state has declared that anyone with a moral conscience is an enemy of Israel, and every American president except Eisenhower and Carter has agreed. Obama’s 12-hour silence in the face of extreme barbarity is his signal to the controlled corporate media to remain on the sidelines until Israeli propaganda sets the story.

The Israeli story, preposterous as always, is that the humanitarians on one of the ships took two pistols from Israeli commandos, highly trained troops armed with automatic weapons, and fired on the attack force. The Israeli government claims that the commandos’ response (70 casualties at last reporting) was justified self-defense. Israel was innocent. Israel did not do anything except drop commandos aboard from helicopters in order to intercept an arms shipment to Gazans being brought in by ships manned by terrorists.

Many Christian evangelicals, brainwashed by their pastors that it is God’s will for Americans to protect Israel, will believe the Israeli story, especially when it is unlikely they will ever hear any other. Conservative Americans, especially on Memorial Day when they are celebrating feats of American arms, will admire Israel for its toughness. Here in north Georgia where I am at the moment, I have heard several say, admiringly, “Them, Israelis, they don’t put up with nuthin.”

Conservative Americans want the US to be like Israel. They do not understand why the US doesn’t stop pissing around after nine years and just go ahead and defeat the Taliban in Afghanistan. They don’t understand why the US didn’t defeat whoever was opposing American forces in Iraq. Conservatives are incensed that America had to “win” the war by buying off the Iraqis and putting them on the US payroll. Israel murders people and then blames its victims. This appeals to American conservatives, who want the US to do the same.

It is likely that Americans will accept Israeli propagandist Mark Regev’s story that Israelis were met by deadly fire when they tried to intercept an arms shipment to Palestinian terrorists from IHH, a radical Turkish Islamist organization hiding under the cover of humanitarian aid. Americans will never hear from the US media that Turkey’s prime minister Erdogan declared that the aid ships were carefully inspected before departure from Turkey and that there were no terrorists or arms aboard: “I want to say to the world, to the heads of state and the governments, that these boats that left from Turkey and other countries were checked in a strict way under the framework of the rules of international navigation and were only loaded with humanitarian aid.”

Turkey is a US ally, a member of NATO. Turkey’s cooperation is important to American’s plan for world hegemony. Erdogan must wonder about the morality of Israel’s American protector. According to a report in antiwar.com, the Turkish government declared that “future aid ships will be dispatched with a military escort so as to prevent future Israeli attacks.” Will the CIA assassinate Erdogan or pay the Turkish military to overthrow him? Murat Mercan, head of Turkey’s foreign relations committee, said that Israel’s claim that there were terrorists aboard the aid ships was Israel’s way of covering up its crime.

Mercan declared: “Any allegation that the members of this ship is attached to al-Qaeda is a big lie because there are Israeli civilians, Israeli authorities, Israeli parliamentarians on board the ship.” The criminal Israeli state does not deny its act of piracy. Israeli military spokeswoman, Avital Leibovich, confirmed that the attack took place in international waters: “This happened in waters outside of Israeli territory, but we have the right to defend ourselves.” Americans, and their Western European puppet states and the puppet state in Canada, will be persuaded by the servile media to buy the story fabricated by Israeli propaganda that the humanitarian aid ships were manned by terrorists bringing weapons to the Palestinians in Gaza, and that the terrorists posing as humanitarians attacked the force of Israeli commandos with two pistols, clubs, and knives. Many Americans will swallow this story without a hiccup.”

ISRAELI BUTCHERY AT SEA…by Gilad Atzmon!

“As I write this piece the scale of the Israeli lethal slaughter at sea is yet to be clear. However we already know that at around 4am Gaza time, hundreds of IOF commandos stormed the Free Gaza international humanitarian fleet. We learn from the Arab press that at least 16 peace activists have been murdered and more than 50 were injured. Once again it is devastatingly obvious that Israel is not trying to hide its true nature: an inhuman murderous collective fuelled by a psychosis and driven by paranoia.

For days the Israeli government prepared the Israeli society for the massacre at sea. It said that the Flotilla carried weapons, it had ‘terrorists’ on board. Only yesterday evening it occurred to me that this Israeli malicious media spin was there to prepare the Israeli public for a full scale Israeli deadly military operation in international waters. Make no mistake. If I knew exactly where Israel was heading and the possible consequences, the Israeli cabinet and military elite were fully aware of it all the way along. What happened yesterday wasn’t just a pirate terrorist attack…It was actually murder in broad day light even though it happened in the dark.

Yesterday at 10 pm I contacted Free Gaza and shared with them everything I knew. I obviously grasped that hundreds of peace activists most of them elders, had very little chance against the Israeli killing machine. I was praying all night for our brothers and sisters. At 5am GMT the news broke to the world. In international waters Israel raided an innocent international convoy of boats carrying cement, paper and medical aid to the besieged Gazans. The Israelis were using live ammunition murdering and injuring everything around them.

Today we will see demonstrations around the world, we will see many events mourning our dead. We may even see some of Israel’s friends ‘posturing’ against the slaughter. Clearly this is not enough.

The massacre that took place yesterday was a premeditated Israeli operation. Israel wanted blood because it believes that its ‘power of deterrence’ expands with the more dead it leaves behind. The Israeli decision to use hundreds of commando soldiers against civilians was taken up by the Israeli cabinet together with the Israeli top military commanders. What we saw yesterday wasn’t just a failure on the ground…It was actually an institutional failure of a morbid society that a long time ago lost touch with humanity.

It is no secret that Palestinians are living in a siege for years. But it is now down to the nations to move on and mount the ultimate pressure on Israel and its citizens. Since the massacre yesterday was committed by a popular army that followed instructions given by a ‘democratically elected’ government, from now on, every Israeli should be considered as a suspicious war criminal unless proved different.

Considering the fact that Israel stormed naval vessels sailing under Irish, Turkish and Greek flags. Both NATO members and EU countries must immediately cease their relationships with Israel and close their airspace to Israeli airplanes.

Considering yesterday’s news about Israeli nuclear submarines being stationed in the Gulf, the world must react quickly and severely. Israel is now officially mad and deadly. “(Cyprus, June 1, 2010, 6:30 am) Under darkness of night, Israeli commandoes dropped from a helicopter onto the Turkish passenger ship, Mavi Marmara, and began to shoot the moment their feet hit the deck. They fired directly into the crowd of civilians asleep. According to the live video from the ship, two have been killed, and 31 injured. Al Jazeera has just confirmed the numbers.

Streaming video shows the Israeli soldiers shooting at civilians, and our last SPOT beacon said, “HELP, we are being contacted by the Israelis.”

We know nothing about the other five boats. Israel says they are taking over the boats.

Just as these United States of America were born into adversity, so too has the Reform Party USA (RPUSA) come into existence through its many unique trials and tribulations to emerge as the newest gladiator in the arena of American politics! From the crucible of conflict have come many an invention, many great ideas, many works of art, and many great achievements in the annuals of history. The ‘Will to Win’ can be summed up in the often quoted nineteenth century German philosopher, Friedrich Wilhelm Nietzsche, when he wrote, “That which does not destroy me makes me stronger!” So too has this been the case in point with the emergence of the RPUSA since no political competitor, no special interest, and no ‘ruling regime’ at the local, county, state, regional or national level wishes to see the Reform Party USA ever succeed! What makes the reorganized RPUSA different is that we are not here to join with any political competitors, or accept bribes from any special interests ~ no, we are here to sweep them all away, uphold the limitations of government in Our Constitution, enforce the Freedoms in Our Bill of Rights, and bring real ‘Reform’ to every level of society necessary for Liberty and Social Justice for All!

Ideally, ‘Reform’ is a way-of-life, something felt and lived everyday ~ it’s not a piece of legislation, or a momentary policy or program, it’s a concept of making things better for the greatest number of people at any given time. And now is the time to return to the principles of Our Founding Fathers by placing ‘The Common Good before Self or any Special Interest’ and ‘Breaking the Bondage of Debt and Taxes’! And just as Our Forefathers saw their dream of Liberty and Freedom opposed by the corporate special interests in their time ~ so too do we now see those same dreams opposed by corporate predators and special interests in our time! And that’s what makes this whole challenge now so unique as we stand up for what is Right & Just against what some would believe are overwhelming odds!

Contrary to some ironic popular myths, Texas billionaire H. Ross Perot did not found the Reform Party when he ran for president as an independent-for-reform in 1992 and 1996. Perot made it quite clear that he did not want to start a new political party ~ yet once ‘reform-minded’ political activists did bring the RPUSA into formal existence via convention on 02 November 1997 in Kansas City, MO, Perot made an incursion to control and contain the new organization with the same ‘Dallas folks’ he used to create and control his political action committee called, ‘United We Stand America’ (USWA) following his 1992 campaign. While Perot favored keeping his supporters within and upon the UWSA reservation, political activists in eight states formed state political committees between 1993 and 1995 that lead to the formation of independent State Party Organizations (SPO’s) each calling themselves the ‘Patriot Party’. However, while Perot used those eight states for ballot access when he ran again for president in 1996, Perot made it clear that he didn’t like the name ‘Patriot Party’ for fear that it would be too closely tied into the emerging ‘Patriot Movement’ and ‘Patriot Militias’, so when those eight SPO’s came together on 02 November 1997, as the nucleus for a new political party, the ‘Reform Party USA’ came into existence by many holding the mistaken belief that Perot would use his wealth and influence to help build a new alternative political party. But those hopes soon faded just as fast as Perot faded from the political arena, especially after Perot’s corporate business cartels got huge government contracts, both here in the USA and with the Israelis via USA foreign aid! Hence the irony that it has always been political activists believing in ‘reform’ that has developed the RPUSA, and not Ross himself or any of his shrunken remnant of followers!

Author Todd Mason published his ‘Unauthorized Biography of H. Ross Perot’ in 1992, just prior to Perot’s announcement to run for president as an independent, that showed Perot’s checkered financial rise to power has always been via government contracts – a billionaire via public funds! And prior to his presidential bid Perot wrote a thesis setting forth his proposed ‘reforms’ for America’s financial well-being which were later incorporated into the RPUSA ‘Founding Principles’, all of which were generic and popular themes and political ‘talking points’ in the 1990s. It was the adoption of these economic and government ‘reforms’ by the RPUSA at its national founding convention that lead to the popular myth that Perot was somehow the ‘founder’ of the RPUSA. Yet the real internal history of the RPUSA has been a conflict between keeping the Reform Party USA a political action committee (PAC) to offer differences of opinions to “ruling-regime” policies, as preferred by those aligned with the ole-Perot-faction – or building a truly competitive political party where ‘action speaks louder than words’ as preferred by the Party activists who met in Kansas City, MO, on 16 March 2002! It is from that meeting that the reorganized Reform Party USA and the reconstituted Reform Party National Committee (RPNC) came about under a ‘Charter & Bylaws’ that now makes the reorganized RPUSA competitive with all political opponents, and sets forth a political Ideological challenge for all Americans through the ‘10 POINTS of REFORM for AMERICA’ that will make the dream of Our Forefathers for ‘Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness’ a reality for everyone once again!

On 04 April 2004, a group of legitimate State Party Organizations formally adopted the ‘Resolution for Substitution’ and new ‘Registration of National Committee Members’ that officially replaced the founding RPUSA ‘Constitution’ with the 2004 ‘Charter & Bylaws’ that provides a fully integrated management system for the local, county, state, regional and national levels of the Reform Party USA. No longer is the RPUSA just a political action committee, as envisioned by Perot and his ‘Dallas remnant’, that task has been fully absorbed by the Reform Party USA – Action Group which now functions as an administrative political arm of the RPUSA putting the Party on the same political playing field as our competition. And now reorganized as a fully integrated political party, the RPUSA is governed by a legitimate and reconstituted National Committee, compliant to all federal and state regulations, whose sole purpose is to select the best qualified candidates for president and vice-president of these United States of America! The goal and purpose of the Reform Party USA – Action Group is to support reform-candidates for all political offices within each State of these United States of America – towards the goal of a pro-Veteran & pro-Labor slate of candidates!
