The Justice Party is the new party formed by former Salt Lake City Mayor Rocky Anderson. Today Rocky Anderson and other prominent members held a press conference to announce the formation of the party. It was, as the linked article states, sparsely attended by around 30 people and little to no media.
The party also seems to have launched a website, which can be found here. Additionally, you can find the “Prospectus and Action Plan” here, it lists a variety of goals, future structure of the party, the dates for their national convention, and a list of members on the steering committee (listed below). The acting chairman is Paul Zeitz.

Dear Tull,
I think that you are a very smart and thoughtful person, however if you look to the right on this page you see a lot of marginalized parties. I would suggest that by the very nature of their names it was inevitable. Even though I agree a lot of their platforms mirror and crossover I have not seen one of their candidates on the national stage. You only have ballot access and no viable candidates. I’m just saying.
P.S. I love your webpage.
What a great platform.
What a F***ing Stupid thing to try and do when existing Green and Progressive organizations with ballot access have identical platforms. That smacks of ego, not altruism. The Leftist parties in this nation need to have a SINGLE convention and run a UNITED 3rd Party alternative. All these seperate leftist races will do is guarantee the Libertarians default #3 status, and spend a ton of money and effort in a divided effort worht little more than a footnote.
I have nothing against him nor know him personally, but it would reflect poorly on the Justice Party’s vetting abilities if they let him slip thru with a position of power, assuming Pritt committed the said wrong-doings.
Yes, the very same.
This Drew Pitt?

The allegations aren’t sourced.
There is a serious allegation, if this is the same Drew Pitt. :
Arkansas News: Ark congressional candidate target of theft probe in Alaska
Posted on 27 October 2011
A man who announced his candidacy for the 2nd District congressional seat today is being investigated by Alaskan authorities in connection with theft of funds from a fundraiser to benefit a disabled soldier.
Political consultant Drew Pritt of Little Rock said he plans to seek the Democratic nomination for the seat held by U.S. Rep. Tim Griffin, R-Little Rock.
The Anchorage Daily News reported last month that Pritt is a suspect in the disappearance of more than $3,000 raised during an August benefit he coordinated. The intended beneficiaries never received the money.
“It’s still under investigation,” Sgt. Lawrence Rhodes of the Anchorage Police Department’s financial crimes division, told The Arkansas News Bureau today. “There is an investigation, but it’s not done.”
Rhodes confirmed that Pritt is a suspect.
Pritt denied any wrongdoing.

Looking on that list of state chairs..
Is Rocky and his team aware of Drew Pritt’s “suggestive” political past?
Rocky Anderson, please join the Green Party.
Please Chair and create a revived state Green Party in Utah.
It is obvious from the meetings to many of us – from meetings – discussions – your small group is inexperienced. There is no knowledge about ballot access.
While well meaning, and energetic your national chair has never run for local, state, or federal office.
Your 19 year old member of your national steering committee, while brilliant, and talented is a good example of the experience you, and your team bring to this effort outside your previous party.
The Green Party is eager to work with you, and everyone on your team. Please give the Greens the opportunity to make a joint effort.
Wait a second. Anderson said on MSNBC that he voted for Obama in ’08. I was under the impression that he either endorsed or participated in the Nader campaign.
Hope to hear from them about ballot access plans.

Michael McGee, who is the campaign manager of the Rocky Anderson for president campaign just called me and asked me to get on board. Two days ago.
I agreed. Joyfully.
Michael–I dont see your name on any document indicating you’re on the steering committee.
Ben
Not gonna happen. It is not too late for Jill to work in coalition with the Rocky campaign though.
I am also on the Rocky Steering Committee. Rocky had a 30 minute interview with Democracy Now! today..
Here we go folks. Building an alternative to the rotten, pro-war, corporate corrupted political system.
Like we really mean it.
Still not to late for him to turn back:
