Ballot Access News is reporting that the California AIP has nominated America’s Party nominee Tom Hoefling. Eight delegates reportedly attended.
America”s Party is the party formed by Alan Keyes when he failed to secure the Constitution Party nomination in 2008. Hoefling was Keyes’ political adviser in 2008.

Timothy – All Constitution Party supporters should register with the Constitution Party. All AIP registered voters should do the same as with being under the control of Robinson and Seidenberg it is effectively a branch of the Southern Poverty Law Center. It is meant to follow the template of Alan Keyes, Tom Hoefling, Gary Kreep, and the entire Criminal Syndicate which they serve – act conservative so that you can draw in tons of fund raising money from unsuspecting and unknowing patriots who do not know how totally corrupt to the bone that you are. That way you can pay for your Tahitian vacations while draining the energy of the conservative movement in order to keep it from opposing your New World Order ” moderate ” ( anti-American ) handlers and controllers.
Their entire purpose is to be a cancer within the conservative movement so that they can destroy it from within.
We must inform the AIP registered voters of the state that the party is now controlled by the Robinson Crime Syndicate; those who deliberately filed fake documents with the state; i.e; committed the crime of fraud; as I have documented at TheCorruptionOfAlanKeyes.blogspot.com.
We will gain ballot status for the Constitution Party in California.
Don J. Grundmann, D.C. Chairman Constitution Party of California
Okay but the Secretary of State has ruled in favor of Markham Robinson. What should Constitution Party supporters in California do? Should they register with AIP and attempt to re-capture the party? Should they register with the Constitution Party of California? Should they try to register the name Independent American Party?
It is perfectly understandable that the Robinson Crime Syndicate which controls the AIP should choose a fellow moral criminal, Tom Hoefling, as their Presidential candidate since he is a liar, coward, traitor and total fake just like his fellow Syndicate members. I have documented the criminality of all of them at TheCorruptionOfAlanKeys.blogspot.com.
The entire reason for his choice was to directly and in person deny the galactically more qualified Virgil Goode the nomination to his face in order to satisfy the god-imitator Mark Robinson by fulfilling his ego glorification of hurting the CP.
Don J. Grundmann, D.C. the last legally elected Chairman of the AIP, still its legal Chairman, and also the Chairman of the Constitution Party of California
Unfortunately there’s a state law in Cali that says a political party cannot have a name that sounds similiar to a already established and ballot qualified party. Mr. Winger would know the details on that.
Is there any law against the IAP and AIP both being on the California ballot?
He also is a million-fold times more mentally competent then you, Don.
He lived in California for decades and was an AIP member for many years. He’s been active with the Constitution Party for quite a while.
Oh the same Gary Odom whom IS NOT a California AIP member, whom lives out of state, and is a disgraced state bar attorney ?????
@Ballot Access News
I guess the AIP wanted a Hoe-fling
Don’t know, but POlitics1.com says
Tom Hoefling (Iowa)
Presidential Nominee
J.D. Ellis (Tennessee)
Vice Presidential Nominee
Who did the AIP nominate for VP?
This turn of events is really devastating to the CP. With almost no hope of ever regaining the leadership of the AIP due to insane CA election laws and very little hope of gaining ballot access under the CP brand, just why would anyone want the CP nomination in the future? Without CA and TX it just doesn’t add up.
Based on personal experience, for willingness to talk with alternative media, I give Goode an A+, Hoefling gets a C-.
This is pathetic. They should have nominated Goode. Hoefling will definitely get less votes than Keyes. He has practically zero name recognition whereas Keyes had some, especially among long-time Republicans. People on the alternative right also particularly have negative opinions of Hoefling.
So what will the vote totals bein November. If the AIP has over 400,000 people registered, will see less votes then Keyes got last time or more votes. 40,000 maybe?
