A website that covers Pennsylvania politics reports:
“A Pa. Court ruled that Libertarian presidential nominee Gary Johnson has enough petition signatures to appear on the ballot in Pennsylvania, but Republicans are expected to appeal the decision by the end of the day Friday.”
“Commonwealth Court judges sided with Johnson by a margin of 2-1 on Thursday, according to the Associated Press. They ruled that about 9,000 of the candidate’s petition signatures are valid despite the fact that voters’ home addresses from the petitions did not match the addresses listed in the voting file.”
“Two people with knowledge of the petition challenge – which has been coordinated with the Pa. Republican Party – said an appeal was in the process of being filed Friday afternoon.”

My understanding is that checking signatures has, or will, resume(d) in Harrisburg and that the Commonwealth Supreme Court will hear an appeal this week.
Is there any update to this story? Are disputed signatures still being scrutinized by the 20 LP volunteers and their GOP counterparts? I thought I last read the scene had moved from Philadelphia to Harrisburg but that checking was still in progress.
Soak them for attorney fees like the law down there commands. Let them remember this.
Richard suggested they did in his story or in the comments associated with the story.
NF – BAN reported that the Pennsylvania panel allowed many of the disputed signatures to be counted, but this story is the first report that the panel voted that the LP had enough signatures to qualify.
I believe BAN reported this yesterday.
