Heise’s new video “What’s Next For the Mises Caucus?”First twenty minutes reviews the takeover. Then it gets interesting.

Around 20 minutes he talks about why Mises Caucus has to stay active and in control of LP to “make democratic process predictable”. He makes it sound like he works closely with one or more LNC members but doesn’t make it explicit. He does mention a couple times Jeff Douglas is his partner in crime so to speak.

A lot of description of big administrative and organizing and promotional plans SOUND impressive but then I remember a Reason reporter opining he/they are delusional fanatics.

Heise says he’s going to major issue coalitions in his new chosen Mises position as outreach (or something) coordinator and make big alliances with them. Getting rid of abortion plank at same time Roe V Wade overturned is a major plus and “pro-life” (abortion prohibition) groups are interested. Plus he wants to do networking locally with groups, etc in his hometown Norristown, Pa. Plus all the podcasters and influencers have to be approached. He wants to generate trust. But is he hoping they don’t read many of the bad media reports?

Twice Heise mentions he supports Dave Smith for Prez and Maj Toure for Vice President and wants to help build their campaigns. “Maj is my brother and I’ll do anything for him” (Note between Smith’s “it’s not rape if you get her drunk and think she wants it” and “rape a baby” joke, and Toure’s withdrawn accusation of sexually molesting a minor, YUK!!!)
