Burke: Oregon LP Ballot Access at Risk, Judge Breithaupt was “not accurate.”

IPR received a copy of the following email earlier today.  Submitted to the Oregon Secretary of State’s office last Friday, the unity apparent at the online convention last month seems to have fractured, as the Burke group asks for relief.

Nevada and Utah to LNC: Remote Participation Option or Disaffiliation

In similar, separate resolutions submitted earlier today to the Libertarian National Committee, the Libertarian Party affiliates of Utah and Nevada have demanded full participation by their previously elected delegates in the second sitting of the currently paused convention, with a remote option for those who cannot attend in Orlando in person on the currently scheduled dates.… Read more ...

At a convention held on Saturday 20 April 2019 (yes, on 420), the Utah Libertarian Party elected the following new officers:

Amber Christiansen Beltran, Chair
Barry Short, Vice Chair (reelected)
Taylor Smith Pazell, Treasurer
Susan Baird, Secretary

Amber becomes the second female chair of the UTLP.
