Jesse Ventura speaks with Piers Morgan. He says within the first few minutes that he’d like to be the first President to be elected representing no political party.

I found the video in an article in Infowars October 2, 2012

We should leave the Obamacare tar baby for the Republicans, who have made repeal toxic as a topic. We should focus on Federal spying and peace instead, where we have most of the American people on our side, and both of the other parties on the wrong side of the issue.
I watched Jesse Ventura on Crossfire on Friday. I was very disappointed by his defense of Obamacare. He may be functional, but his defense of expanding government is not frugal. It would not be wise for the Libertarian Party to nominate someone who appears to support Obamacare.
No. He answered Ventura’s questions on how the LP nomination process works.
I’ve heard no indication at all that he would consider running as a Green. Independent or Libertarian, maybe, but I would still consider “won’t be running at all” as the safest bet.
Jesse Ventura would add a lot to a Green Party run for President!
Didn’t Hinkle practically beg him to run for the LP nomination in ’12?
He can’t stick to one topic. He hops from topic to topic in the just the first few minutes. I only listened to maybe the first 5 minutes, but I really don’t think he’s serious about running for President, or he’d be concentrating on that. He wouldn’t be talking about Libertarians one day, then being part of no party the next. No thanks, Jesse. I think maybe he wants Libertarians to beg him to be our candidate, but that ain’t gonna happen (at least, I don’t think it will).
The top comment on that video just cracked me up…
“Notice how the audience claps and agrees with Jesse, except for the part where he says vote for anyone BUT a Democrat & Republican. That should have gotten the biggest applause! Some people STILL don’t get it… lol?”
Apparently Jesse’s never heard of George Washington.
