The lawyer for the Libertarian Party of Oregon, C. Robert Steringer, has sent a letter to the Secretary of State of that state refuting Tyler Smith’s letter to the SOS, which was dated 2-19-2014. In the Smith letter, Tyler Smith asks the Secretary of State to recognize Tim Reeves and his group as the official leaders of the LPO. The reader can find Mr. Smith’s letter as an exhibit in the following document, directly after Steringer’s letter.

The Smith letter, including some links explaining this three-year-old dispute, can also be found in this article from yesterday in IPR.
Reeves Group’s Attorney Writes Oregon SOS
Update April 2
It appears that Tyler smith sent a Supplemental Letter to the SOS, in response to the 3-19 letter written by the Libertarian Party of Oregon’s attorney. The date of this letter is 3-21:
Tyler Smith ltr supplemental2014
I have received notification of a Supplemental Letter written by Smith after he read the response from the LP Oregon’s attorney. I have updated the article with that letter.
I don’t think we should be accusing people without absolute proof, but NW Front nazis are “libertarian”? LOL.

Are any of these lawyers involved with the Northwest Front, a libertarian effort to create an Aryan republic in the Pacific Northwest?”
Hey Seebeck, take that little bird that told you that Jill posted your initials online and shove it up your ass.
Are any of these lawyers involved with the Northwest Front, a libertarian effort to create an Aryan republic in the Pacific Northwest?
BTW great letter.
Opposition: “Ouch, that hurted!”
“libertarian poop scoop” ?
LOL! Don’t you mean “poop scoopers”? I can’t think of a more appropriate title for this site and MOST of the denizens of it.
Sorry that “muckrakers” has already been used.
I’m for it.
IPR … the #1 choice for the libertarian poop scoop in evidentiary process
Clearly the new tagline.
IPR has been frequently citied in the Oregon legal filings 🙂
Well it had the best coverage of Neale’s email on the subject.
I love that the attorney used IPR as a source!
Thanks for posting this.
